Not sure if I mentioned it in previous posts, but I get all of my GF flours shipped across the border from nutsonline.com
They only ship Canadian orders on Monday, but their quality is fabulous, the shipping is fast and *not* that much (60lbs of flour cost me about $40 to ship I think? Maybe less?) and they take a lot of precautions against cross-contamination
That's right. I haven't found anywhere that can match the price and/or guarantee no cross-contamination (seriously - bulk food places give me the willies now!)
OK so my shipment came in today at work - 60 lbs of gluten free flours.
That's right.
60. Fucking. Pounds. I can't even pick that up.
I had to get DJ to come pick me up from work and I had to bribe the mailroom guys to help me get it down to the car!
*rubs hands together*
BUT this should be enough for Christmas baking, etc! :)
