well, I've fallen off the compulsive excel spreadsheet bandwagon, but this is probably because I don't *need* it anymore - I am sort of into a routine of waking up, drinking lemon juice, steeping schizandra berry tea, making a hemp protein filled smoothie or eggs & bacon or an omelet.
and I have to tell you - I cannot wait - CAN. NOT. WAIT. to get off this diet so I can start baking again! :) I mean yes - I am feeling a lot better and probably won't drink coffee or caffeine anymore, probably still won't touch gluten, dairy or soy, probably will cut down on my refined sugar and try to eat more vegetarian sourced protein - BUT I can bake a treat or two a week to enjoy and/or share with company.
right now the gluten-free goddess katrina has a bunch of recipes up that involve pumpkin and I've been literally salivating over them for 2 (going on 3) weeks now...
oh and did I mention that most of her recipes are vegan (I un-vegan them by using eggs but - no dairy and rarely any soy and no gluten of course)...
MMMMMHMMMMMMMM.
Yes. I missed out on all the Thanksgiving goodies so. Time to make some healthy alternative treats! :)
