So I finally went back to see my holistic nutritionist today (2 weeks later due to illness & then mother-in-law's going away party) and we talked about a lot of things and basically I haven't been feeling so hot the past few weeks and I have to go back on my special food combining diet/nutritional supplement regime for the next 2 months. I've also been sick twice in two weeks. Coincidence? Hmm...
Also have to make sure I'm going to bed on time because I know that makes a big difference...
I'm glad I'm starting again because I really *did * like feeling better. I'm getting re-motivated!
But it's also a huge pain in the ass to stick to that diet.
(I ate leftover gluten free pizza in rebellious triumph when I got home HA! Take that stomach!)
And now my stomach hurts. (stomach *always* wins dammit!)
Oh and DJ & I are going to start taking oil of oregano and colloidal silver (sp? I'll check the bottle later) when we start feeling sick. So I'm going to go take some oregano stuff now. I like oregano. How bad can it be?
