- woke up. took lemon water.
- did dishes.
- made breakfast.
- woke DJ up. fed him breakfast & made him take colloidal silver & oil of oregano (with some EVOO on a spoon - WAAAY better - but still burns).
- did breakfast dishes.
- made meal plan for the week.
- made grocery list based on meal plan.
- walked to grocery store (DJ was still too sick to walk around getting groceries), talked to my Dad on the phone for like an hour *lol*, spent 2 hours at grocery store/talking to Dad. Called DJ to come pick me up in the pimpwagon.
- picked up wine for tomorrow night that I can't drink. -_-
- came home & made lunch.
- did dishes again.
- I made 2 kinds of soup. To be honest I'm not really thrilled with either (one is a tomato/vegetable chowder like thick soup - the other is lentils with spinach and tomatoes). I am hoping that night in the fridge to let the flavours mix & mingle will improve them a bit!
- made dinner - a grilled cheese & ham sandwich with soup for DJ & just GF/CF bread and my soy/dairy free spread for me with tomato/vegetable soup.
- did dishes again.
- baked bread & mixed flour mix together for GF/DF lemon loaf for tomorrow night that I can't have ( -_- )
- did dishes again.
- packed lunches for tomorrow.
- prepped fruits/veggies so packing lunches later this week is a bazillion times easier.
- packed up froze/refrigerated all the soup I made (like, 10 containers of soup *mmhm*)
- did dishes one last time.
- now working on my excel spreadsheet of what I am eating/supplements taking/any other notes/etc.
